Ohio Man Stabbed for Not Knowing That Jay-Z and Beyonce Are Married

If you thought it was hard to keep up with everything going on in the Jay-Z and Beyonce story, this might make you want to put in some extra effort to stay up-to-date. Apparently, not keeping up with celebrity news can be a dangerous game in places like Parma, Ohio, where a man was allegedly stabbed for not knowing that Jay-Z and Beyonce were married.
According to Cleveland’s Fox 8, an argument erupted over a music video in between two men in a Parma apartment. Det. Marty Compton of the Parma Police Department told Fox 8 that a 48-year-old man from Garfield Heights, Ohio was stabbed soon after for not knowing that Jay and Bey were in fact a married couple. Ronald Deaver, 31, was arrested and charged for felonious assault in the alleged stabbing.
According to Det. Compton, the victim was taken to a nearby hospital after the incident. Later on, he was transferred to MetroHealth Medical Center where he is now considered in stable condition.
When police appeared at Deaver’s apartment, a woman present claimed that Deaver didn’t live there. Deaver was later found by police and arrested. The woman, Jennifer Fornari, was also arrested for obstructing justice.
