Rihanna has had her Hollywood mansion up for sale for awhile now, and it finally went for about $5 Million. After RiRi had filed a lawsuit due to quite a bit of significant water damage in a “mild storm” which held her to deem the house as needing extensive work and labeling it as a “major fixer.”
Rihanna‘s contemporary abode originally set her back almost $7 million, and while she’s recouped quite a bit of what she paid for the huge home– ultimately it’s a business deal. And the Bajan pop singer isn’t about to let some shady character take advantage of her.
Ri and her camp are citing that damage has been done to the roof, windows, doors, and balconies and the 23 year old hopes to be compensated accordingly.
Whether or not there was substantially true damage done by the weather (in Sunny S0Cal) is hard to say, but where will she go next? Apparently Chris Brown doesn’t live too far off, we’re sure their “I love you” exchange would be enough to earn a night (or a few) together while Rihanna finds a place.
You can bet her next home will be just as funky as her now sold 8,520-square-foot home. This place boasted eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a media room, den, even three fireplaces and a pool.
