A New Night Spot Opens on the Las Vegas Strip

The Bellagio resort and casino in Las Vegas is opening a 12,000-square-foot, indoor-outdoor nightlife venue, Hyde Lounge Bellagio, on New Year’s Eve. Modeled after an Italian villa, the massive space features two bars, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a private study, and an outdoor terrace lined with olive trees that overlooks the fountains of Bellagio. There are 40 VIP tables as well as a larger, exclusive table where guests can reserve a tableside mixologist (from $500 to $10,000). The Hyde Lounge provides cocktails, a seasonal Bellini menu, and a 1,500-bottle wine list, as well as small plates that will be served from 5pm to 11pm. Afterward, the space becomes a nightclub with DJs, live performances, and more until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
